Hello, Neighbors

Please read the following Waverly Pointe Pool info and reminders. By accessing the code and entering the clubhouse/ pool area, you are agreeing to the below rules/ terms so please make sure all homeowners and guests attending are informed and reminded throughout the season.

Pool opens Friday, May 26 at 10am. Last day is Monday, September 4 (Labor Day).

Pool hours: Sunday- Thursdays 10am-9pm, Friday and Saturday 10am-10pm *Please keep noise to a min after 8pm daily. Trespassing after hours will not be tolerated.

DO NOT SHARE THE CODE. If a neighbor doesn't have the code, please advise them to contact Chris Wilson, Shannon Coleman, Diane Owen or Peggy Shear-Martin (townhomes) for entry. Our numbers are on the gate or you can contact us through nextdoor.com. Please do not take offense to a neighbor not sharing the code, this rule is for our safety and to protect our investment.

Guests: Up to 5 guests per household. Homeowners will accompany guests at all times and guests should not be given the code. If you would like to rent the clubhouse for bigger parties, please contact Diane Owen for availability. Homeowners are responsible for guests at all times. Guests not accompanied by the homeowner will be asked to leave the premisses.

• Example Guest situations:

• I have two children. When our babysitter (18+ years of age) babysits, she may take my children to the pool. She CANNOT invite her friends to join her. She CANNOT come to our pool except when she is with my children.

• If you are a Grandparent, you may bring your kids and grandkids to the pool (up to 5 guests) but must accompany them at all time. Your children CANNOT bring your grandchildren to the pool without you accompanying them at all times. *If you have other circumstances and need clarification, please contact Diane Owen for questions.

NO GLASS inside the pool gates or clubhouse. If glass breaks inside the gates, we have to drain the pool, clean and refill. This could take up to a week. Due to incurred costs, homeowners responsible for glass breakage in the pool area will be charge a minimum of $500 for maintenance and refilling the pool.

Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children 14+ can attend the pool without an adult, but cannot be responsible for other persons under 14 years of age. Please do not hang on the fence.

Please do not climb over the fence. It's been damaged and repaired, but it is expensive to fix, so please advise children and others to do the same.

No horse play, vulgar language, or indecent actions will be permitted. Those violating will be asked to leave the premisses. Please have fun but be respectful of our neighbors and children. We do not have slides or diving board, so please make sure children (and adults) are not running, diving or being unsafe.

NO big floats or rafts are allowed. Only small arm floaties for kids, pool noodles and floats for babies are allowed. This is because there is no lifeguard on duty and we need to be able to see the bottom of the pool at all times.

*Music is allowed. Please keep the volume to a minimum, and no radios after 8pm on weeknights (Sunday- Thursday).

Clubhouse Rental: Half Day rental is $35 (10a-4p or 4p- 9/ 10pm). All day rental is $50. There will be no rental on holiday weekends including July 1-4. No glass is permitted inside the clubhouse. Up to 25 guests max. Homeowners are responsible for all guests and making sure they understand the rules. Homeowners are responsible for any damage to the clubhouse.

Swimwear only- no street clothes permitted in the pool.

Infants/ Toddlers must wear swim diaper. If there is an accident in the pool area, please contact Chris Wilson, Shannon Coleman, Diane Owen or Peggy Shear-Martin for maintenance. (PS- We have lots of precious babies in our neighborhood, and it happens every year- don't freak out. We do need to properly clean and shock the pool to keep neighbors safe and healthy, so please keep us informed.)

Food and drink is permitted but please place all trash in appropriate receptacles. NO glass containers please.

Note: We all own this pool together. Please be respectful of our property and investment. If you see something, say something. If you are uncomfortable, please let an HOA member know or call police for illegal activity or trespassing. If someone redirects you, please do not take offense as they are reaffirming our rules and regulations that are meant to keep us in a safe and clean environment.

Please contact Chris Wilson, Shannon Coleman, Diane Owen or Peggy Shear-Martin if you have any questions regarding this email.

Thank you.
